Hoosier Draft & Spirits provides bar service for private events in Indiana, including draft beer, wine, and spirits service. Final pricing, scope, and availability are confirmed only by a written quote we deliver to you and that you accept in writing.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users

4. Booking inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry through our Site does not create a contract or obligate us to provide service. We respond to inquiries based on availability, location, and event details. A binding agreement is created only when:

1. We deliver a written quote that includes price, scope, date, and venue;
2. You accept that quote in writing (electronic acceptance is acceptable); and
3. You pay any required deposit by the deadline stated in the quote.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote document. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in the quote you accept.

5. Alcohol service and legal compliance

Alcohol service is subject to all applicable Indiana laws and regulations. By engaging our services, you acknowledge:

• All guests served alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to show valid identification.
• Our staff may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, who is unable to verify age, or whose service would violate the law or our policies.
• You agree to cooperate with reasonable safety practices, including stop-service times and identification checks.
• You are responsible for ensuring your venue allows alcohol service and that any required venue permissions are in place.
• Where required, we will operate under appropriate permits and licensing. We will not provide service in any setting that would require us to violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Hoosier Draft & Spirits name, logo, text, photographs, and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
